Born and raised in Bulgaria, Stefan is a true European transplant who has made Sussex County his home since 2021, after moving from Bergen County. Fluent in Bulgarian and proficient in Russian, he is also an avid linguist, currently studying eight additional languages, enhancing his ability to connect with a wide range of clients.

Stefan also owns a successful yoga and holistic service studio. His deep interest in mindfulness, expanding consciousness, and energy healing reflects his lifelong passion for helping people in various ways. As a lightworker, Stefan has always sought to support and uplift those around him, whether through his IT career, his holistic business, or now, through real estate.
