Meet Rebecca

A proud Texas native now meshed with adoration of the northeast; Rebecca made her way here in 2004. Since that time, she and her family have created an incredible life that she says reminds her daily how blessed they all truly are. Feeling at home in New Jersey almost the moment of arrival, Rebecca quickly decided - now it’s time to put down some roots and stay a while. Sussex County is the best of both worlds because it's so close to the vibrancy of the city but still offers the lifestyle and values of small-town living. 

Beginning as a part time secretary with an International Brokerage, Rebecca finished her position 11+ years later as Senior Administrator while working directly with the Brokers/Owners. It was those first 12 years that kicked off her journey and passion for real estate office/agent support. The ‘dash’ of experience between then and where she is now include Processing Manger, Director of Communications, and obtaining a real estate license. For Rebecca, behind the scenes is where she chases the action. Creating, promoting, encouraging, and simply being her best to offer the greatest support she has to others. Rebecca is hands-on, heart on, wisdom on. 

Rebecca is a firm believer in giving back and is particularly passionate about advocating for individuals with disabilities. Whether it’s fighting for better meals for those living in group homes, utilizing budget monies strategically to stretch funds to explore additional activities or simply providing information to families, she will always do what she can for the best outcome. Rebecca recently spent 8 years volunteering weekly at an alcohol & substance abuse recovery group, plus sponsored 2 women throughout their recovery.

A horse lover and scenic view chaser, Rebecca is known to stop everything else when one of her 4 grandchildren are available for quality time. Residing in Wantage, she and her husband blended their families and raised 5 kids that have 'grown and flown'.
