With that in mind, I have received many awards and certifications. Being a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) since 2011 gives “us” an edge when negotiating, especially in this competitive market.

After being a top producing Broker Salesperson in Sussex County for 16 years, I earned The New Jersey Realtors® Distinguished Sales Award in 2019 for production in 2008-2010, 2013-2020. I have since maintained my sales production year after year and am currently working on obtaining this award for a second time.

It is with great pride and humility that after being a Broker Salesperson in Sussex County for 17 years, I was named the 2021 Sussex County Realtor® of the Year! This award is given based on giving back to our industry and our community.

When I’m not working, I have been married to my best friend, Nick, since 1987 and we have 3 children. My husband is a retired police officer, currently a Sussex County Grant Administrator and Realtor. Our daughter is in Law Enforcement in South Carolina. Our oldest son is in retail and our youngest is currently working on his PHD in Charleston, SC.

We have lived in Sussex County for over 19 years and choosing to raise our children here was the best decision, we love where we live! Loving where you work and live is my dream job. I am "Living My Best Life" and would love to help you live yours!
