Meet Dennys

Dennys Belliard, a native New Yorker from Brooklyn, brings a rich and diverse background to her role as a real estate agent at Clearview Realty.

Fluent in Spanish, Dennys spent 20 years living in Hudson County and pursued education in radio and television, she then expanded her expertise by graduating as a pastry chef from the International Culinary Center (ICC).

With a career rooted in the NYC bar scene and nightclubs, Dennys has always been driven by her passion for helping others. Seeking a career that offered freedom from the 9-5 chaos, she transitioned to real estate for the freedom it offers, allowing her to continue helping others in a new way. In her first year in real estate, Dennys proved herself to be a go-getter, closing a one-million-dollar transaction along with several other deals. Now at Clearview Realty, Dennys is dedicated to guiding clients through the complexities of the Sussex County market with her signature blend of creativity and commitment.

Dennys is also a passionate traveler with a deep appreciation for art and music. Her love for classical music and opera began in childhood, having attended most major operas and ballets, a passion sparked by her early experiences in ballet. In her free time, Dennys enjoys cooking and baking, blending her culinary skills with her artistic sensibilities.
